How It Works

I Assess the Property

I carry out a detailed, non‑destructive inspection of the building — inside and out — using moisture meters, a hygrometer, thermal imaging, ventilation checks, and an endoscope where needed to view concealed areas. This gives a clear picture of how the property is behaving.

I Identify the Mechanisms

I analyse the data to pinpoint the actual causes of damp or mould. This includes condensation pathways, ventilation issues, thermal bridges, penetrating moisture, plumbing leaks, or construction defects.

You Receive Clear Advice

I provide a straightforward report explaining what’s happening, why it’s happening, and the most cost‑effective steps to resolve it. No remedial upselling — just independent, evidence‑based guidance you can trust.

To keep things simple, I only have two prices - one which includes a detailed report, and one which doesn't.

It's my experience that many people simply want answers and advice without an in-depth survey report.
