How It Works

I Assess the Property

I carry out a detailed, non‑destructive inspection of the building — inside and out — using moisture meters, a hygrometer, thermal imaging, ventilation checks, and an endoscope where needed to view concealed areas. This gives a clear picture of how the property is behaving.

I Identify the Mechanisms

I analyse the data to pinpoint the actual causes of damp or mould. This includes condensation pathways, ventilation issues, thermal bridges, penetrating moisture, plumbing leaks, or construction defects.

You Receive a Clear, Defensible Report

I provide a straightforward report explaining what’s happening, why it’s happening, and the most cost‑effective steps to resolve it. No remedial upselling — just independent, evidence‑based guidance you can trust.

Domestic Survey Pricing

Damp & Moisture Survey (covering up to 2 bedrooms): £225

Additional Bedrooms: £25 per extra bedroom

Example: 3-bedroom property = £250

Awaab’s Law Investigation Pricing

Emergency Investigation covering up to 2 bedrooms (48‑hour response): £300

Standard Investigation covering up to 2 bedrooms (7‑day response): £250

Additional bedrooms: £25 per extra bedroom.

Example: Standard Investigation covering 3 bedrooms: £275

Multi‑Unit / Portfolio Work: £200 per unit
